Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Searchingone Plumbing wants searchingone.garden to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Our Goal

We want as many people as possible to use this site with ease. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Many sites use this widely accepted standard.

Steps We Take

We aim to:

  • Use clear headings and a sensible page order
  • Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Let people get around with a keyboard
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
  • Write in plain, simple words
  • Label every form field clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems when we find them.

If the Site Is Hard to Use

You can still get help. Request a callback to reach a plumber, or email contact@searchingone.garden, and we will do our part to help.

Tell Us What You Found

We want your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@searchingone.garden and include:

  • The page or feature that gave you trouble
  • What happened, and what you expected
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know

We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Work That Continues

Accessibility is never done. Each time we update the site, we keep it in mind and keep improving.
