How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Searchingone Plumbing wants each homeowner to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics We Handle

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Searchingone Plumbing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the plumber. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Know the limits, though. Searchingone Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Send Your Complaint

Email contact@searchingone.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We reply by email to confirm we got it, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Last, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with plumbing work, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
